Virgie Jones Nov. 26, 1917 ~ Aug. 16, 2010 Resident of Alamo Virgie was a long time resident of Alamo, an author and historian, and very active in numerous community organizations and events. A memorial to celebrate Virgie's life will be held at the Alamo Women's Club in Alamo, Sunday, October 17 at 2:00pm.
