Steven Michael Russo

Steven passed away on February 15, 2011 following a brief illness.
Born and raised in Pittsburg he graduated from St. Peter Martyr Elementary School and De La Salle High School. He worked briefly for the Contra Costa Times but had been disabled for many years. He enjoyed spending time at the Lions Center for the Visually Impaired and liked to bowl. He was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
Steven was preceded in death by his parents, Steve and Angelina Russo of Pittsburg; he is survived by a brother, Anthony Russo of Fairfield.
Funeral services will be held at Pittsburg Funeral Chapel on Wednesday Feb. 23 at 1pm with committal following at Holy Cross Cemetery in Antioch
