Russell Charles Polcer Walnut Creek Resident Russell Charles Polcer, age 51, passed away unexpectedly at his residence in Walnut Creek on Monday, March 14, 2011. Russell was born August 13, 1959 in Oak Park, Illinois, a son of Charles and Sally Polcer. He was a 44 year resident of Walnut Creek who loved Nascar racing, pizza, and his family. Russell will be dearly missed by his loving parents Chuck and Sally Polcer; wife Cecelia Polcer; beloved sisters Debbie Goodenough, Cindy Baracco (Andy) and Holly Tostengard (Erik); beloved brother Steve Polcer (Nancy); several nieces and nephews; one great-nephew; and his best friends (cats) Eddie and Joey. A Memorial Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:30am on Monday, March 21, 2011 at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 860 Oak Grove Rd, Concord. Inurnment is private.
