Roxanne Howe

Roxanne Howe July 2, 1953 - Jan. 21, 2011 Resident of Concord Roxanne Howe passed away peacefully at home with her husband and son at her side after a long battle with cancer. Roxanne is survived by her husband Jeffery Foltz, her sons Dougie and Kyle Knudtson, her father, William Howe, her sisters, Linda Howe, Sheree Howe, Tami Ooley & Wendy Howe, her brother Billy Howe, as well as in-laws and many friends. An informal gathering of friends to honor her life will take place in Concord at Baldwin Park on Thursday January 27th at 10AM.
