Paul Phillip Brusatory

Paul Phillip Brusatory Nov. 21, l942 ~ Nov. 11, 2010 Resident of Pittsburg, CA After dealing with heart problems and diabetes in his later years, he succumbed to heart failure in his sleep. Paul was born in Martinez, CA to Angelo and Clarine Brusatory. He attended Alhambra High and graduated in l960. After High School he served in the U.S. Air Force for four years. He then became employed for AT&T where he worked for 43 years. Paul divorced after 26 years of marriage and raising one daughter and two sons. Paul enjoyed working in the garden and working on home projects. He was also an active volunteer in the community volunteering his time at the Rainbow Center in Pleasant Hill. Paul is survived by his sons Angelo and David Brusatory; and his daughter Rebecca DiMaggio; plus five grandchildren Steven, Dominic, and Nicholas DiMaggio and Tanner and Himari Brusa-tory. Also surviving are two sisters Diane Mercer and Adrienne Bullerwell along with several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Dec. 4, 2010 at l:00pm at the Higgins Funeral Chapel located at 1310 A Street, Antioch, CA. In lieu of flowers please make donations to either the Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association .
