Patricia Delaney Fiorelli Resident of Walnut Creek Patricia, known affectionately to her many friends as Patti-lou, passed peacefully at the age of 72, on December 18, 2010, with her family at her side. She was a loving mother, grandmother and wife. Survived by her husband Raymond J. Fiorelli; children Tony Delaney and wife Lisa, Mary Delaney Patonai and husband Steve, and Stephen Delaney and wife Thessa; grand children Chad, Michael, Hannah, Jade, Garry, Sara, Izzy, Abigail and Amber; and close family members the, Delaneys, Patonais, Santillans, Hayes', Adams', Grafforts, Fiorellis, Lawlers, and the Trujillos. Born in Los Angeles to Victor and Louise she attended St. Mary's Academy, received her B.S. in Business from USC, and her teaching credential from UC Berkeley. She married Michael H. Delaney in 1960 with whom she had three children. They moved to northern California in 1962. Michael passed in 1989. Patricia was an educator at Pinole Valley High School for 35 years where she taught over four thousand students. She was a teacher of Business, English, Math, and extended education. In 2001 she met Raymond Fiorelli, retired Navy, who was born in Lincoln California. They happily married in 2008. Patti-lou enjoyed travelling abroad, family trips and volunteered at the local library. She was an avid reader, enjoyed movies, the Delaney show and often a challenging puzzle. Services will be held December 22, 2010 at St. Francis of Assisi in Concord California at 11:00 am. Burial will be at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Lafayette.
