Patricia Zamloch Fearing passed away on Sunday after an 11 month battle with lung cancer. She was an amazing woman, treasured friend, nurturing mother and loving wife.
Pat was born in Oakland, CA, graduated from Acalanes High School and attended Armstrong College. After attending Armstrong college, Pat worked as a secretary at Oakland Welfare and then later as a secretary at Crown Zellerbach where she met the love of her life Edward Fearing. They married in 1960 and most recently celebrated their 50 year wedding anniversary.
Pat enjoyed gardening, playing tennis, shopping, playing with her grandchildren, outings with her cherished friends and traveling. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Edward, her children Eileen Rossi of Petaluma, CA, Robert Fearing of Kaneohe, HI and Jenny Barry of Walnut Creek, CA. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren Keahi, Kai, Sage and Sammy.
Her generous, loving spirit will be missed by all who knew her.
A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, April 8, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Oakmont Memorial Park, 2099 Reliez Valley Road, Lafayette, in the Inspiration Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Lung Association.
