She also served as a volunteer for the Contra Costa County "friendly visitor" program. Martha Louise was baptized at the Church of Christ in Brentwood in 1945, where she and Robert Linn were active members for many years. After changing their membership to the Antioch Church of Christ, they both continued to worship there as health permitted. Services are scheduled at Higgins Chapel, Antioch.
