Larry Eugene Thayer

Larry Eugene Thayer Sept. 13, 1937 ~ Dec. 2, 2010 Resident of Pacheco Larry passed away peacefully at home after a long battle with cancer. Larry was born in San Diego, CA and graduated from Antioch High School in 1955. He went on to serve 8 years in the US Air Force. Larry retired from United Airlines in 2003 after 35 years as a mechanic. Larry enjoyed bowling, traveling and sports. Larry is survived by his wife Kathryn; sons Michael Thayer (Jennie), Joseph Thayer (Susan), Kevin McCabe (Chaela); daughters Michelle Chilicky (Rob), Karen Coffey (Jesse); and grandchildren Bobby, Stephanie, Erin and Elizabeth Chilicky, Benjamin and Tyler McCabe, Selena and Jax Thayer; and siblings Norma Orvin, William Thayer, David Briar and Robert Briar. Larry will be missed by many.
