Jean Polson Busher

Jean Polson Busher Resident of Concord Jean Polson Busher, age 84, passed away peacefully at her home in Concord on Friday, October 15, 2010, with her family at her side. Jean was born Jan. 15, 1925 in Needles, CA, a daughter of Ethel and Clyde Polson. Jean was a Mt. Diablo School District school teacher for 35 years. She will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 50 years, Gary Busher of Concord; beloved brother Clyde Polson and sister-in-law Betty Polson, of Williams, AZ. Jean and Gary are charter members of the Diablo Valley Chapter of the NAWCC (Antique Clock Club) #107, and charter members of St. Timothy's Christian Orthodox Church in Cordelia. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 8:00pm with the memorial service (Trisagion for the Dead) at 7:30pm on Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2010 at Ouimet Bros. Concord Funeral Chapel, 4125 Clayton Road, Concord. The Funeral Service will be at 10:00am on Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2010 at St. Timothy's Christian Orthodox Church, 4593 Central Way, Cordelia, CA 94585. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Memorial Park, Concord, CA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Timothy's Building Fund, 4593 Central Way, Cordelia, CA 94585.
