Iva Joy Nix

Iva Joy Nix Resident of Antioch Passed away Dec. 4, 2010 after a long illness. She grew up in Fallbrook, CA and moved to Antioch in 1989. She worked for Savemart in the Video Dept. for 10 yrs., retired and moved to Idyllwild, CA. She returned to Antioch due to her illness. She is survived by her brother, Harry Miller of Fallbrook, CA; 5 sons Johnny Gooch of Idyllwild, CA, Yeaman Ottis Gooch, III of Fallbrook, CA, Thomas Nix of West Richmond, WA, Dan E. Nix of Millwood, WA, & Chris Cavalli of Fresno, CA; daughter Merita "Mitzi" Elsea of Antioch, CA; 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grand-son. Visitation, Friday, Dec. 10th from 1-4pm at Dan Scales Funeral Services, 107 W. 8th St., Pittsburg, CA.
