Howard Evan Weintraub April 14, 1962 ~ Dec. 8, 2010 Resident of Concord Howard was born April 14, 1962 in Pittsburgh, PA. He graduated from Ygnacio Valley High School in 1980 and obtained an A.A. degree from Diablo Valley College. He was known to all as a gentle soul who lived his life performing acts of loving kindness. Howard's true passion was pursuing his greeting card and inspirational message company, "My Gift Is Inside". Howard's artwork has appeared on clothes as well as on posters at hospitals and schools. His mission was to inspire a positive attitude and approach to life. Howard operated Contra Costa Window Washing for 25 years, serving commercial accounts throughout the county. Howard is survived by his mother Marsha W. Molling; stepfather Richard Molling; father Sanford L. Weintraub; brother Jerald M. Weintraub, sister-in-law Melody Howe Weintraub; nephews Max and Ben Weintraub; uncle Bernard Klein; and cousins Julie (Jeremy) Rector and Scott (Eleena) Klein along with their children Ashley Rose and Ethan. Countless special friends will miss Howard as well. Howard passed away on December 8th, at the Kaiser ICU in Walnut Creek surrounded by his loving family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Howard's memory be sent to Temple Isaiah (Project Hearth), The Wellness Community (now known as The Cancer Support Community) or Northern Light School. Services have been held.
