GeorgeAnne Coyle Resident of Walnut Creek GeorgeAnne Coyle (nee Schulz) died at her home on Monday, December 13, of metastatic colon cancer. She was born in DeKalb, Illinois to George Gordon Schulz and Irene Ruth Swanberg. She had one brother, John Michael, who predeceased her in 2004. She attended Northern Illinois University and became a devoted teacher, spending her life teaching in the elementary grades, most recently at Hidden Valley in Martinez. GeorgeAnne is survived by her devoted and loving husband, Charles; daughter, Crystal Di'Anno; and "grand-kitty" Madeleine. Additional family members include her sister-in-law (widow of her brother) Kathleen Schulz, her nieces and nephew, Gretchen Bradley, Susan Schulz and Michael Schulz, and great-niece Katelyn Ann Bradley. GeorgeAnne also leaves behind many friends who will mourn her dearly. She will join her parents, her brother John, and her many, many cherished pets. GeorgeAnne loved playing bridge and poker, reading mystery novels, spoiling her pets, and going to museums. She got to see the King Tut exhibit and the Impressionists when they came to San Francisco. I hope right now she and Hercule Poirot are chatting it up! At GeorgeAnne's request, no services were held. Donations in her memory may be given to the Nature Conservancy or the Lindsay Wildlife Museum.
