Frank Curotto Resident of Walnut Creek Passed away peacefully on November 29, 2010, surrounded by his wife and children. Frank was the beloved husband of Eva, his wife of 68 years. He is survived by his son Robert (wife, Lori) of Oakland, CA; son Edward (wife, Mary) of Richmond, VA; daughter Janice Rich (husband, Robert) of Walnut Creek, CA; son Donald (wife, Elise) of Orlando, FL; grandchildren Lisa, Nicolas, Vincent, Anthony and Amelia Curotto, Janine, Natalie, Elena and Jason Rich; great-grandson Luca Frank Curotto; nieces and nephews Louise Giachino, Ricky J. Curotto, George and Jim Mockel, Rick and Bill Curotto, Louise and Joe Oscilia; and sister-in-law Lorraine Curotto. Frank was born on November 30, 1912 in Colma, CA. Frank and his sister Louise established the Lakeside Delicatessen on Lakeshore Avenue, Oakland, in 1937. The family business remained a central part of his life for 65 years. Frank was an active and dedicated member of Our Lady of Lourdes (Oakland), Corpus Christi (Piedmont) and St. Anne's (Walnut Creek) Catholic Church. A passionate golfer, Frank was a longtime member of Contra Costa Country Club. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Mass at 11:00am on Friday, December 3, 2010 at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 1600 Ross-moor Parkway, Walnut Creek. A private burial will precede the Memorial Mass.
