Diana Leigh Spurgat Resident of Concord Diana passed away peacefully at her home on Oct. 28, 2010, surrounded by her family. She is survived by her devoted husband, Kenneth, and her two children, Kimberly (Warrick) and Christopher. Diana was born on Feb. 1, 1942, in Oakland, CA, and she graduated from Holy Names High School in 1959. After attending college, Diana worked in information technology. She later earned her teaching credential and taught related technology courses at several colleges in California. She was a loving wife, exceptional mother, caring sister, an accomplished business woman and a beautiful friend. She will never be forgotten. A vigil service will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday, Oct. 31, at Ouimet Bros. Chapel, 4125 Clayton Rd., Concord. A funeral liturgy will be held at St. Agnes Church at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 1, followed by a graveside service at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Lafayette.
