Deborah Ann Miller Aug. 25, 1967 - Nov. 26, 2010 Resident of Walnut Creek Deborah Ann Miller passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Friday, November 26, 2010. The cause of death is not yet known. Debbie impacted countless lives through her unconditional, relentless love and humble servant leadership. Debbie was born in Southbridge, MA, graduated from Brighton High School in Salt Lake City, UT, and earned a B.A. in Recreational Therapy from Whitworth College in Spokane, WA. After graduating from Whitworth in 1988, Debbie served the elderly for five years as the Activities Director at Orinda Rehabilitation and Convalescent Hospital. Debbie was a Partner of The Creek Covenant Church in Walnut Creek, CA, and served on its Leadership Team. Debbie had a passion for the children of The Creek, where she led Children's Ministry for many years. Debbie loved God with all of her heart, soul and mind, and loved others as Christ loved her. Debbie is survived by her adoring husband, Tim; devoted daughters Katherine Hartwell Miller and Allison Pearl Miller; grandmother Mary Stone of Swanzey Center, NH; father and mother, Donald and Heather Stone of West Jordan, UT; mother-in-law Karen Clayton of Pittsburg, CA; sister Pamela Brooks and her husband, Glen Brooks, of Folsom, CA; sister Rebecca Lukes and her husband, Travis Lukes, of Antelope, CA; sister-in-law Deborah Soderman and her husband, Todd Soderman of Danville, CA; nine nieces and nephews, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Debbie's generous, selfless and loving kindness will be missed by all. Friends and family are invited to a celebration of Debbie's life on Friday, December 3, 2010, at 2:00 p.m., at Walnut Creek Presbyterian Church, 1801 Lacassie Ave., Walnut Creek, CA 94596.
