David Kent Hudspeth

David Kent Hudspeth Mar. 7, 1943 - Oct. 2, 2010 Resident of Lafayette Dave won the battle against Lymphoma in 2005, but lost the fight against Multiple Myeloma fought since early 2008. He died at home, with his loving wife Barbara of 24 years and his family. Dave grew up in Berkeley and graduated UC-Berkeley. He is survived by his wife Barbara, his daughter Susie Graham (Robert) son & daughter by marriage Kelly Burr (Laurie) Laura Burr (Jerry Jacob) grandchildren Madison and Thomas Graham, Julian Jacob, Kailey, and Kayla Burr. He spent many happy summers in his youth at Fallen Leaf Lake at his Grandmother's cabin. His career was in Audio Sales with Sumiko. He loved boating with his many friends, travel, & photography. Our grateful thanks to his devoted caregiver Cyrus Pujanes with whose able care he was able to continue many of his activities. In lieu of flowers we would prefer contributions to a Nursing School fund for Cyrus Pujanes at Patelco Bank in Lafayette.
