A true Peruvian and a resident of Bay Point, a beloved husband, father and everyone's Papi Cesar. Dearly loved by his wife, 6 children, grand and great-grand children, and many friends. A great guitarrist, composer and musician who will be missed by all. A true Westsider.
Vigil service will be Thurs. March 17 at Pittsburg Funeral Chapel from 6-8pm. Funeral Liturgy Friday 10am Our Lady Queen of the World, Bay Point. Commital service follows at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Concord.
