Bruce Barden

Bruce R. Barden Sept. 21, 1938 ~ Oct. 1, 2010 Longtime Resident of Walnut Creek Bruce Ralph Barden, left us peacefully in his home on Friday, October 1st. He was best known for his love of bowling, fly fishing, hunting, Cal sports and taking his twin grandchildren to the Lindsay Wildlife Museum. Bruce was a native Californian, and will be remembered most for being a a loving husband of 50 years to Marcia Barden; a wonderful father to Cindy and Larry Barden; and sweet "Papa" to Alex and Nicole Barden. Bruce is also survived by his brother Robert Barden (Shirley) and family; son-in-law John Ferguson; daughter-in-law Elaine Barden; brother-in-law Jim Cunninson (Diana) and family; and dear friend, Eva Wilde. Bruce will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at Oakmont Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Lindsay Wildlife Museum.
